Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Most orders ship within 7 days. However, please allow up to 10 days for your item to ship. Currently, Converse are experiencing a 14 day turnaround. If you need your item sooner, please make a note during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Q: Do your items meet CSPIA requirements??
A: Yes! All items meet the requirements for lead content, including our rhinestones! We have secured a relationship with a supplier who tests the products in house to assure compliance. Children's safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we make every effort to assure our products not only meet, but exceed requirements.

Q:What if I change my mind after ordering?
A: If your item has not yet shipped, we can refund your purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our items, once and item has been shipped, there are no refunds on purchases. Should you experience a problem with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange.

Q: How Safe Are Your Products?

A: Safety is our utmost concern with all of our items! Although our products are with the strongest adhesive possible, we recommend using care when allowing your child to wear or use our products.

As with any products, we require using common sense when our items are near or around your child. If you notice a stone has come loose, or your baby is a picker, for their safety, we recommend that you refrain from using this product.

Q: Do You Accept Returns?
A: Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept an item for return. However, if there is a problem with your order, we encourage you to e-mail us and we can usually accept an item for repair.
